I hired Geremiah Gilliland of Good Roofing Company and G and G Restoration to paint my house and fix some wood siding in mid-Febuary. After signing a contract with him and paying half of the balance upfront, He started replacing the wood but did not finish, we asked him to continue the job because he removed the old wood without putting up new wood and broke a window. He said he would need another payment to continue work so we gave him another payment to a total sum of about $10,000. Once he deposited our second check he sent us an email saying not to contact him. He cursed and mocked me as well as made racist, sexist, and threatening remarks about my family. He went on with his rant for about 15 minutes. I should have checked his background before hiring him. He is on probation for 2 assaults and is court-ordered to see a psychiatrist monthly. It is been over a month now and no money has been returned. Geremiah Gilliland has threatened to sue me for defamation and threatened to put a lien on my house to get more money. I just want the money back that I have paid him for the work that he did not begin. Please be careful when dealing with Geremiah Gilliland. He initially seems like a respectable guy but he is a conman. After a few weeks, we had another contractor assess the damage. The assessment was $13,500 to have the damage fixed and the house painted. Geremiah Gilliland will try to deny everything. He cannot hide his criminal record. I have the contract and photos of the damage. I have bank records of the checks that he deposited. I have the emails saying not to contact him and that he refused to return our payments. What a pleasure to have someone actually show up. Joshua was on time, courteous, and very pleasant. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Not an actual roof repair but a vent pipe cover. Will definitely call on G&G Restoration in the future.

I am so happy I chose them. Geremiah, was wonderful, and I was very happy that they were able to fit me in, so my home sale would go thru. If I could have given them more stars I would have. You cant go wrong if you choose to use G&G Restoration. A family owned company, and you can tell.

They made the entire process a breeze. They came on Monday for an estimate and found hail damage. They came back Wednesday and met with my insurance company. Friday the materials were delivered for the roof. Saturday the new roof was on and 95% of cleanup done. A few hours on Sunday for the finishing work and final cleanup. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Jerry and Joshua showed up and reviewed all our needs for roofing the house and garage. Our estimate was very reasonable as this was a big house. The crew worked hard for two and half days, from morning until the sun went down, and did a good clean up afterwards. We are very pleased with the work and the color of the roof, we recommend the company for their outstanding work.

Jerry worked very closely with the adjuster making sure to show him what they had found. This resulted in a very fair settlement. Jerry started the work within a week and did a fine job. I recommend them.

Great customer service, easy to schedule and get the work done, great pricing options, and they kept me looped in during the whole process.

Josh and Jerry were very professional and answered all my questions in an easy to understand manner. The guys who did the installation were quick and efficient and worked extra hard and long to beat the rain that was coming. Clean up was great also. No plants were injured and I found very little trash that washed out of the gutters...a lot less than I expected. Definately recommend these guys! Price was the best as well as the customer service!

They were very presentable, not pushy about hiring them. The crew showed up on time; worked very hard while they were here. They cleaned up after the job was done. They did exactly what they said they would. We're very pleased with them.
