I can’t say enough good things about this appliance technician Darren Greene, After previously having another repair person replace the heating element in my dryer, the problem unfortunately wasn’t truly resolved. This technician came in, assessed the situation thoroughly, and immediately identified what needed to be done the right way. He replaced the heating element with the proper part specifically made for my Samsung dryer, and the difference was clear right away. Not only did he do excellent, high-quality work, but he was also honest, professional, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. It’s rare these days to find someone so reliable and committed to doing the job correctly instead of just quickly. His integrity and attention to detail really stood out, and I truly appreciate the care he put into the repair. We need more people like him in this field. I put a request for services via Angi’s list. This company responded quickly and set up a time for service that met my time line. When they came to our home, they listened to my concerns about the dishwasher. They did a thorough assessment, went through all of the system checks, and examined all of the parts. This company was honest about the condition of the dishwasher. I appreciate their professionalism during the service check. I will be using them again in the future!
