G&G technician did an excellent job. Prompt, efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable. Talked with me about my situation and needs for a thorough assessment of my aging home AC unit and gave me options. Icing on the cake was all the photos he provided. I recently had my HVAC unit replaced by Trahond McCoy, and I couldn?t be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, he made me feel completely comfortable and confident in the process.
