Sergio did a great job remodeling our bedroom. The work was high quality and communication was always straightforward. In addition to the construction, he was able to provide a vision of the project that was beautiful and made sense. We would work with him again if the opportunity came up.

I would strongly recommend working Wes and GHIR Construction. We started searching for a contractor to handle our full home remodel. We interviewed at least 10, not because we are overly picky but because most of them seemed terrible. They were pushy, overpriced, or did not seem competent, or some combination of all three. We met Wes, and he was one of just two that we felt good about. He was clearly experienced, knew his stuff, had great reviews, and made us feel comfortable. We chose to work with him. We have not regretted it for a minute. He is helpful, friendly, professional and reasonable. If you are looking for a contractor, let my research help clear the path. Let me just say that Jerry and his crew blew us away with their skill and professionalism. We had never remodeled anything and had no idea what we were getting into when we decided to redo our master bathroom. Jerry helped us along the entire way. He and Lindsay were always available by phone to answer any and all questions we had, we stuck pretty close to the original timeline that was given, and last but not least, our new master bathroom is Gorgeous! When we ever redo anything else, Jerry will be the person we call - Thank you Jerry and everyone at GHIR Construction!!

This is our second time working with Ivan and his team at GHIR Construction--our kitchen first, which is fantastic, and now our primary bathroom. Ivan was with us every step of the ensuring we identified the problem and provided excellent advice on how to fix the problem and rebuild our bathroom. Tristan and Lindsay are very professional and kind and are quick to respond to calls, emails and texts. I purchased my home in Oct 2024 and did a fairly extensive remodel and we did not have gaps in between work unless it was by my request. Their workers are efficient and care about their craft. I would definitely use GHIR Construction again.

It was great working with David and his crew of employees on our complete kitchen renovation. All his people showed up on time, were very professional and a pleasure to have in our home. David has a lovely calm temperament and with his humor made a difficult process tolerable. He was very fair in his pricing and especially fair with change orders. We had a fire loss at our apartment complex, 2 of our units were completely gutted and we hired GHIR Construction to do the recon and could not be any happier with the outcome. If you are shopping around I suggest you consider this company as we were pleased to have them work for us.

Just finished a total bathroom remodel with GHIR Construction. I could not be happier. Sergio and his team are top notch. I got estimates from 4 other highly-rated contractors. I must say, none of them came close. In addition to the best price, I had an instant sense of trust in Sergio and he did not disappoint. The entire bathroom remodel went according to schedule, Sergio was great at communicating questions/issues and really listened to what I wanted. He was easy to reach and returned calls in a timely manner. I love my new bathroom! I am saving up for my next project - a new kitchen and will definitely be using GHIR Construction again. Good ideas on how to improve the work during what is expected, how to speed the construction, lower cost, etc. I saw some other work by them and was impressed. GHIR Construction did an excellent job on my new condo. These were custom jobs that needed to be done on short notice. They came on time, performed very well and even stayed late to clean up. I am very happy with the quality of work they did in such a short notice and at a very reasonable price. Jerry is a very friendly and nice person and he tries very hard. I recently had most of my condo remodeled. Kitchen, bathrooms, built in bookshelves, and painting. GHIR Construction came with the fair bid, and so I hired them. The result was a beautiful and well-done remodel. The work was good and Ivan was easy to contact. If I had questions or comments, I could email, text or call him and he would respond within the day. All of his guys were professional and friendly. Ivan was also able to get all the materials that I had selected (tiles, cabinets, granite countertops), and the materials are very good quality. I did have to supply my own fixtures, which was fine because that allowed me to get what I wanted at the best prices I could find. His guys did an excellent job installing all the fixtures. I am happy I hired GHIR Construction.

GHIR Construction did an absolute amazing job on our kitchen remodel from the initial design state, demolition to final punch list items. Everyone I encountered was very professional. The quality of work was excellent. The job was completed on time. The workers always arrived on time and the job site was always cleaned up at the end of every day. Any problems or concerns were addressed in a timely manner and were followed through until resolved. Overall an excellent experience.
