My bathroom remodeling project was SAVED by GI Construction. I originally chose another construction company. The appraiser was professional and nice, also Cheaper than GI Construction. Unfortunately the old saying you pay for what you get decided to teach me another lesson. Partially through the project I noticed their work did not meet the standards they promised. After trying to work with the manager multiple times, we just couldn't get on the same page without him trying to charge me way more than he promised. So I gave up and called GI Construction. Isaac from GI construction was truly professional. There was no animosity for starting with another company. He even went on to explain he deals with this situation way to often. Issac and Valentin took the time and energy to understand my desired outcome of the project. Their experience prevented me from making more mistakes purchasing materials that wouldn't fit the style of my bathroom. Due to Issac and Valentines help, the money I have invested in the bathroom is sure to help add value to my home. With the last company I could see it becoming a bathroom the next owner just wanted to rip out. I hope I can save some of you the trouble that I went through by sharing this review. GI Construction will be my first pick for all my future projects.

As a property management company we worked with GI Construction on many projects. So far with no comparison to others. Isaac and Valentin are knowledgeable, honest and their processes are taking us through any project as smooth as it can be. They are always available to deal with any challenges in the best possible way. The price always stays the same with out any change orders on their side, the time is always on point, the workers are working every day and very polite and the quality is top notch. After having to deal with other companies that was not as great to say the least, we definitely appreciate when something good come along

I had GI Construction remodel my bathroom in my investment property. I can honestly say that they made my life so much easier. They helped me step by step to go through I remotely and the result was admirable.

We are completely happy with GI Construction. We bought our house in 2016 and haven t had a chance to remodel inside the house. We have remodeled the exterior and wanted to move forward with interior. Now that the kids are a little older, we felt more comfortable investing in remodeling. We remodeled our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. GI Construction team communicated everything very clearly with us and took the time to explain things. I felt like every single person is very congenial. They did whatever is necessary to meet our needs. All of the workers were professional and courteous. They stood in the timeline that we had for them, no delays at all which is very important to us. We needed everything to be completed by Memorial Day. We love our new granite countertops, the new modern flooring, and our new practical kit chi en cabinets. I would like to share my experience with GI construction in Las Vegas, Nevada. I was looking for help to remodel bathrooms in my house. It has been over 10 years since I had it remodeled and I was thrilled to bring a new life to my master bathroom- a place where I pamper myself every day. I wanted to add a walk-in shower with frameless shower glass, install new vanities and countertops, change bathroom flooring, and streamline the design with durability. When I called GI Construction, I had a very pleasant conversation with Isaac(owner) about how I would like to have my bathroom remodeled and he walked me through every possible step and shared his opinion and ideas. He really took his time to explain how they work and what to expect. I was more than happy and ready to set an in-home appointment. A few days later, they showed up on time and I was completely satisfied with their proposal and budget I had in mind. The whole bathroom remodeling took about 3 weeks and I was patiently waiting to see final results. My shower looks amazing! They added 4 layers of water proven system, floors look radiant, I love my new countertops- is my favorite. From the start of our design process which we communicated together and daily follow-ups, GI construction demonstrated nothing but professionalism, expertise, and amazing A+ customer service. Not only did they meet the expectations, but they also went above and beyond to exceed them. I was extremely pleased with the final results indeed. Next month I am going to call them again to remodel the guest bathroom as well and I know I will not be disappointed. Thank you again!

n January we took possession of a home and started looking for a contractor to completely remodel it for us. We searched the county site for licensed contractors and contacting the top 6, we settled on GI Construction. We met with Issac who looked over what we were interested in and submitted a bid. He then sat with us and discussed the entire project, it was a complete remodel, every room. He took the time to sit with us and help us to lower some of the cost and was always there to listen to our concerns and kept us constantly up to date on the project. The entire job turned out beautiful with a few hick ups here and there which was quickly worked our by our project manager Valentine. Valentine was a joy to work with, if he had any questions as to what we wanted exactly he would immediately get in contact with us, meet us at the house and get every thing worked out to â  ourâ  satisfaction. He made extra sure his workers knew exactly what we the, customer, wanted We having nothing but praise and admiration for the excellent professional job done for us by GI Construction. I would highly recommend GI Construction and would definitely use them again if needed!! We had two bathrooms remodeled and the experience was a good one from the beginning to the finish. Everyone we worked with was pleasant and very knowledgeable. They were always prompt and would tell us each day what they would be working on. The finished product is beautiful and exactly what we described to Isaac when he first came to talk to us. He was very prompt in giving us an estimate and explaining what would be done. I dreaded having workers in my house for four weeks, but once I met them and they began work, I no longer had any doubts. A wonderful company to work with!!

They provided a written detail of the work to be performed along with a cost of the renovation, very professional. Quality work was performed. Workers were knowledgeable, professional and very prompt. Work was completed within the time period originally project. I would not hesitate in hiring GI Construction for any future home renovations.

My project started 14 months ago and it is still not finished. Just want my project completed.
