They washed the hardwood floors with a very pungent industrial strength cleaner that left a sticky and visual residue. The same thing was on the marble floors. I had to clean the floors to get rid of the sticky cover. There was not attention to detail cleaning. Would be okay for an office building but not house cleaning.

Didn't get my showers clean but acted like he could. I easily got the hard water spots cleaned when he left. That was the most important thing i needed done.

Bought a Groupon for this company and when I sent an email asking for availability I immediately got a call directly from the owner Andrew O'Brien stating that he no longer honored Groupon vouchers, that he canceled them last year even though there were reviews in Groupon from just a couple months ago. Was told he couldn't get ahold of Groupon and good luck getting your money back but you're SOL. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Should've noticed that their Groupon rating was only 2.7 stars.

They are super! I’ve been sick for quite some time & unable to do much for myself. They came in took over and left my apartment looking, smelling & sparkling. Very friendly & professional. Happy to say they are my new helpers & I can’t be more satisfied. Highly recommend. I promise you will be more than satisfied. Thank You both so much from the bottom of my heart. It went terribly. My carpet looks the same as before. Andy said there were spots that couldn’t come out and my husband got them out with carpet cleaner. Andy also did a terrible job at my mother’s house. He said he would come back in two weeks to get out the spots he couldn’t initially and we never heard from him again. I would not recommend him at all. A complete waste of money.

Andy and his team are TOP NOTCH. They are quick, reliable, and always do a fantastic job. I've used them many times, often when I'm out of town and wanting to come home to a freshly cleaned place, and have always been pleased with their level of service. And they've tolerated a lot from me with grace and patience, like me forgetting to turn off the security alarm or the gate code not working. I would highly recommend them (and have!).

They were good. I like the other maid service that I used better than the Down to Earth. I would not use them again. There were 4 of them here and they stayed for an hour. For the cleaning, they did alright. They weren't really detailed. It wasn't like a professional cleaner. My mirrors in the front bedroom were kind of smeared. I'm not sure exactly what they used on the mirrors. When I tried to clean them off with my cleaner, it smeared more. I had to take hot water and clean the mirrors. I also had to reapply my cleaner. They have good response. They were here on time.
