Gary and Janie Miner were great to work with. Out of three contractors they were the only ones that had no problem taking down our popcorn ceiling, putting in French doors and installing a metal roof. They did vinyl siding on house, replaced flooring, painted every wall, installed backsplash in kitchen, converted fireplace to electric. They also fixed the floors in my shed and matched it to house with vinyl siding and metal roof. They stayed on budget and kept us informed when delays happened due to unforeseen issues. We would highly recommend GII Construction to anyone. The first person to see our home, the day after it was completed , rented it. We believe it was Gary's high quality remodel that was key is their decision. Thank you again , Gary and Janie. Sincerely Richard and Jean Fowler.
