Fabricio was the first (and only) contractor that contacted me. Price was reasonable, he was quick to come out for an estimate. His work was great, and he accommodated a request for more work at a reasonable price.

He showed up on time. Saw what needed to be done. Gave a fair estimate then did the work.

Efficient, neat, capable on interior painting. Installed towel bars, adjusted closet doors. Did a nice paint job. Will hire Giovanni to do my exterior paint and other handyman jobs.

Work was profissional and timely. A springer head was added, This envolved running a 20 feet water line undergroung. Before the work, the area grass was in very good condition and after the job was completed the area was left in very good condition. You can not tell where the work done. Very good job.

Fabricio responded quickly & kept his appointment on time. He quoted me a reasonable price for the job of fixing/re- placing the faulty louvered cover of my whole house fan...then went immediately to work once I agreed to the cost. He diligently searched for (and found!)the appropriate louvered cover. He kept me informed of his search progress, even sending me photos of the covers; And then texted to say he had found the correct one and would be soon returning to finish his job. He promptly returned within the time frame he predicted and thoroughly completed the installation. He also cleaned up the site. I was MORE than pleased with the results. I will definitely use Giovanni Building Maintenance again for any handyman tasks that arise in the future. Job well done!!

Giovanni was the first to contact us and showed up the same day to do the drywall patch returning as promised to complete the texture work. He also took care of a sticking door latch. Giovanni wore a mask and he removed items from the bathroom that would get dusty while working. He is very polite and we are having him back to take care of some backyard maintenance.

He did excellent helping me bring my couch in and is a fast worker expecially by himself. I recommend him to many others!
