Project was a nightmare from start to finish, I should have fired after the first month but then would have lost a lot of money. Go elsewhere, these people did not know what they were doing. Quality of work was poor. Nothing in the garage is level, I believe this was directly caused by leaving the lumber outside in the elements for months. Job site condition. This was a mess from as soon as they started framing. Trash was left everywhere. I am still finding nails in the dirt and picking up trash from the workers. Poor communication: This was ongoing throughout the whole process. Crappy looking foundation is now something I have to live with forever. You never told me about this. The skirt in front of the garage is a sidewalk, we assumed this would be like a driveway since it is in front of the garage. You took over a week at times to get back to me. Wrong materials used and then redone. Roof shingles were wrong and you know what that mess caused. Door was wrong, outside light was wrong, lights in garage were not communicated to electrician, costing me more money.

Wonderful crew, reliable and they finish in a timely manor. I love the work they did on my home. it looks beautiful.

We were extremely satisfied with the quality of their work. They communicated very well and during the minor problems, they were professional and suggested cost effective solutions.

One thing that I liked is they are trustworthy and reliable. They always did and showed up as they said they would. They wold cover all of my concerns and overall I was very happy with their work.

He called almost immediately and was professional in his approach to remodel my master bath. His crew were excellent, co-ordinated to a great result, and very happy to recommend him to anyone considering an up=dated bath. His fixture allowance provided enough to install just what I wanted. On time and in and out exactly as laid out originally.

Easy to work with, responsive and reasonable to changes, willing to work with custom design/owner input and work contribution, exceptional value (low price w/very good quality work), stuck to the contract on payment intervals, cleaned up after work was done. Good, LOCAL, experienced young guys who take pride in their work!!

I am so pleased with the results of some recent work I had done by GJ Koeppen Construction. I know that working on an older home - in this case 100 years old - can be quite challenging but GJ Koeppen Construction did an excellent job in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Graham did a great job installing the egress windows - he took the time to explain what was going to happen and made sure there was plenty of reinforcemnet prior to cutting concrete.

GJ Koeppen were always available to discuss our project, and executed the work to our satisfaction.

They remodeled my unfinished basement. The quality of the work done was excellent. After the initial drywall work was done, workers came back another 2 or 3 times to touch up some spots Graham thought needed work. The job did take longer than originally estimated. I'm at partial fault for this as I didn't order tile and hardwood early enough for the project. And some of it was GJ Koeppen's fault since they had other jobs they were working on. If you hire them, be specific and clear on everything you want so you get an accurate estimate of the project. My failure to do so resulted in the project costing me more than I expected.

Graham and his team were a pleasure to work with. They installed trim throughout our remodeled house. It was quite a job and his team had to work around us. They did so with a high degree of professionalism and we will definitely use their services again.

Great experience working with Koeppen Construction! Graham and brother, Joel worked creatively to work within our budget and timeframe. The work was being done in a home we rent, the tenants were very appreciative of the manner in which they interacted and explained what was being done. Professional, creative, worked to meet deadline and budget. Cannot say enough good about the workmanship and how it was done. We would use them again and we recommend them to others.

The quality of the work was great. I had Graham & crew remove a half-bath and put in a new 3/4 bathroom in unfinished space in my basement. Their work blends in with the house and looks like it was there when the house was built--minus the wear and tear, of course. They were very understanding with items that I wanted to finish myself, and they were always willing to offer ideas when I needed them. One thing that I would recommend--set up a weekly (or more frequent) status report or meeting. Our communication was not always the best, but it never impinged on the quality of the end product. All around great work, price-competitive too.

Graham and Joel are real craftsmen. I requested a fairly straight basement remodel and Graham, with a little creativity and a real eye for quality work, gave us something we can really be proud of. I now love my basement! Seriously, GJ Koeppen Construction did as much as you could with the money we had. We hired GJ Koeppen Construction for a bathroom remodel project that included the installation of a new shower. They did quality work, and communicated well.

They did an incredible job on finishing our deck. We had several contractors who were unreliable and did poor work. Graham and his crew were a breath of fresh air. They are hard workers who finished the job in a timely manner. Their design and attention to detail is impeccable. And they didn't leave until we were fully satisfied.
