G&J gave me a very fair price and did not come across as sales people. It was very nice to deal with a company that takes customer service very serious and in fact holds high values from the owner Harry and is not afraid to openly worship God every morning their workers would pray before starting. When you need a professional.company with high values call them and the work was done on time and neat. Highly recommend.

G&j came through and helped out tremendously. I had a property that was having water issues in basement. They came in very professional and reasonably priced and took care of my issue no longer have water or moisture problems in basement

My mother’s house was literally built on a swamp. Springs ran under the house AND through the basement! G and J came in about three years ago, spent two days in the basement and there has not been a drop of water in the basement to this day. Highly recommended

G&J does great work and is a very professional company I would recommend to anyone needing waterproofing.

We went on vacation and came home to 4 inches of water in our basement as this was the second time it happened we decided to get it repaired. We had 4 estimates only one company seemed to understand the issue as it was complex We hired G&J because they had both waterproofing and foundation divisions and it was very clear the representatives sent to our home were not commission sales people they had knowledge and made us feel we would get it done right. It was a great decision as since they did the work not a drop of water even thru the gate of emergency we just had. Call this company before you make a decision. Also Katie and Gavin were great.

I hired G&J to rebuild 2 foundations walls after receiving 4 estimates they were the most knowledgeable and the price was very fair job went smoothly and I will be using them again .

G&J was referred to me by another contractor I had doing my windows. My basement walls were very bad caving in. They came out and got on the job quick. The crew was great, so clean and professional and so knowledgeable. The owner came out also every day to check on my job since I was nervous about having a new foundation put in. He put my mind at ease. The girl on the phone Katie called me every day to go over the process. They really were great all around.

I have several properties I own in the Pittsburgh region and I only use G&J. They have worked on 4 different properties for me and although u prefer not to have water issues, it is always a comfort to know i can call somebody I trust. They have great communication and have done everyone of my projects on time and exactly how the promised. It is easy to recommend them because I have had nothing but good experiences.

I am so happy that my neighbor referred G&J Waterproofing to me! My basement had so much rain water coming in that I had sand bags in one of the rooms to help soak up the water and I still needed to use a mop in other areas! Harry came the next day to meet with me after I called them and went over everything that needed to be done! If I didn’t understand something, Harry took the time to explain it to me! I really appreciated that! And all the workers were GREAT! G&J really have a great group of guys working for them! They were always willing to answer any questions I had! There was a nice downpour of rain the other day and I didn’t have a drop of water in my basement, so I have G&J to thank for that! I will definitely be referring them to anyone and everyone I know that has any problems with water in their basement! Thank you G&J and thanks to your wonderful crew!

They were hired to correct French drain work that had inside water issues after heavy rains. (Work was done several years ago by another company) Also hired to advise and install any inside wall repair/support to prevent step crack issues in several places. The first day of work , 3 workers showed up with no understanding of the actual work to be done and sadly there was a language issue. Thank goodness for Google translate. Later a Field Inspector showed to help get the work started and clarify the repairs. After recommending and adding additional wall strap work the work was delayed a week to get the additional parts/supplies. The last day of repairs the fiber straps were placed on wrong area of wall and had to be moved after to correct placement. Again a language issue and it took several hours of delay to get it clarified. Work was completed May 30, 2024 and the job site trash/debris is still in my driveway. I have contacted the field inspector once and the office 3 times to inform them and no response as of yet.

Harry and his team took excellent care of our project. They were efficient and thorough. Even my contractor commented on what a great job they did.

The people at G&J were kind and very knowledgeable. They worked well together and done in a well timed manor. The owner has very straightforward and I didn't have to deal with any extra hassle

These guys were very quick to get in and get the work done. Though they were efficient enough to complete the work quickly without cutting the corners. This project was kind of worst case scenario for a homeowner, and G&J made it as painless as a foundation rebuild can possibly be. I would highly reccomend them!

His crew showed up on the date that he stated that they would start the work. No BS like other contractors out in the Pittsburgh area. As a law enforcement officer in Pittsburgh, PA I am very skeptical who I hire to do work at my home. I trust G&J Waterproofing to get the job done and correctly. They communicate with you during the job which is very rare for other contractors out there. The work done to my basement is waterproofing and they parge the basement walls. I invite anyone to look for themselves at the outstanding work done by this company. I dare you to find another waterproofing company other than G&J Waterproofing. By the way my basement is DRY!!!! Everything about this experience was phenomenal. G&J was wonderful to work with. I was kept informed and they completed the work in 2 days! Not only did they show amazing support, but Rich made sure everything was cleaner than when they started!

G&J Waterproofing did a great job on our basement. The work involved taking up the old floor, installing an interior drain on all exterior walls, sump pump, Polyshield on the walls, membrane and pouring a new cement floor. The work was further complicated when the workers discovered our sewer pipe was not properly connected. This involved bring in a plumber to lay a new sewer pipe. The house was built in 1917, so things were very old downstairs. The whole process took longer since the sewer work took a week. Everything is complete now. The workers are great; this is extremely hot and hard work. Everything was cleaned up and my nitpicky fixes made. Communication behind the homeowner, workers and management needs to be improved upon. There was a lot of work to be done and guidance from the company was appreciated. Katy and Rich were very helpful.

G & J did a wonderful job, both removing our old steps, and replacing them. Rich was the main pro working, and he did a great job. We would definitely hire them again.

It went well. The job took longer than expected due to illness and cautions to protect workers. The company phoned in the mornings to inform us when workman could not come that day. All the workmen were polite and good workers. We always knew what work was going to be done daily.

It went very well! Harry educated me on the process and his skilled team installed an interior french drain in my basement and reinforced my basement walls with carbon fiber straps. I now feel confident that I can finish it. Harry's team went above and beyond with the clean up and also took it upon themselves to repair some other masonry damage around my front steps at no charge. G & J will be at the top of my list for home improvements!!

All went well. Ran into an issue or two which the workers handled professionally. Everything was explained thoroughly throughout the project. Very satisfied with our choice of G & J.
