Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
The female that handled the phone contacts lacked professional phone skills/ customer service. She appeared to be unorganized and unfortunately this resulted in it not appearing to be very professional company. They were very friendly, however, and easy to approach. They were very punctual to begin work on the project and finished in a very timely manner. I am very satisfied with their quality of work. Would be helpful if they were able to present themselves more profesionally and be more clear with communication and organization.
