OFFERING FREE ESTIMATES, call now to discuss your project with us. I was a licensed building contractor in Florida for over 40 years, now offering handyman services. I'm experienced in all aspects of residential and commercial construction and if I can't do your project I'll tell you what type of professional you need. My recent completed projects include installing laminate flooring; building small wooden deck, stairs and railings; new screens; small plumbing issues; installing ceiling fans & light fixtures with electrical already installed; reinforcing closet shelves; installing kitchen sink, countertop and cabinets; hang window blinds & shelves; interior painting. Gene came on very short notice to evaluate our project and called several hours later with an estimate. He finished the job very professionally and efficiently, and even vacuumed up afterwards. This was a challenging repair job, but he came up with a very workable and satisfactory solution. A true professional. Very thorough from beginning to end. Even swapped out the manufacturer screws from his own supply to ensure mounting brackets were sturdy. Will definitely call again for future projects.

If he says he ll be there by George this man will be there on the money every time. Always punctual. Very pleasant down to earth with a ton of common sense yet also professional. No surprises or second guessing and always communicated with me to ensure I knew what what was going on and approved. Cleaned up before leaving every day. Could not tell he had been there 👍🏻. Mr Lamb is a gentleman from the old school (so to speak) where he honors his word and his word is his bond. The quality of his workmanship is above the best and obvious he takes pride in each task. I wish he had not relocated I could sure use his skills again and again. Hire him! You d of wish you d done it sooner.
