In my 31 years in the trade, I have a vast wealth of experience to call on. I specialize in difficult to open sewers and drains and do quite a bit of 2nd opinion work. I also offer video sewer inspections and electronic line locating. I can show you where your problem is (if you have one) and tell you how deep it is. I also specialize in correcting water coming through your basement wall issues. "Mr. Egert, I'm Sorry that your not satisfied with the service I provided for you but you are straight up LYING by saying I charged you twice as much as I said I would. I even discounted the quote I gave you when you offered to pay cash. I quoted you $450 before I started working and walked out with $400.I don't know what you expected. I'm licensed Bonded and Insured and was at your house with in an hr of your call. When I go out to a job I pull in your driveway with a $100,000.00 investment and 40 yrs experience. I suggest if your looking for ground level pricing you try Craigslist next time. I pulled the necessary equipment up to your 3rd floor bath room and pulled the toilet and snaked your stack. I wore shoe covers and put down floor protection in the bathroom while snaking. Not to mention working in your personal filth in your home. This job is dirty enough but your hoe took it to another level. If I could add pictures here I would because I took some. How bout flushing your toilet after using it....Novel Idea Huh. Not to mention your bathroom didn't even have a functioning light fixture in It....I had to work by light of my flashlight."

The clogged drain was not an emergency. I looked at home advisor on Friday night and the plumber was out on Saturday afternoon. The experience was excellent. The plumber and his assistant were courteous, pleasant and answered all questions in a very informative way. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again if the need arises.
