My goal is to provide Prompt Professional Service in a Clean and Orderly manner to correct any problem we may be dealing with. In my 31 Years in the trade, I have a vast wealth of experience to call on. I specialize in difficult to open sewers and drains and do quite a bit of 2nd opinion work. I also offer video sewer inspections and electronic line locating. I can show you where your problem is (if you have one) and tell you how deep it is. I also specialize in correcting water coming through your basement wall issues. This clogged drain was beneath the utility sink in the laundry room and it was necessary for Mr. Lee to lie on his back to reach it. He made no comment about this but spontaneously and cheerfully went to work on it. His helper handed him whatever tools he needed. He himself expressed delight when exclaiming that his snake had cleared footage almost out to the street. It was a great pleasure and relief to have his service. I gave his card to my neighbor for whom he performed multiple drain clearing needs as well.

The price of $250, for just working for 30-40minutes to snake the drain was too high. Should not have been more than $150 for that time slot, considering that the Ts were broken and only 75-50 feet within the yard was snaked, that too with 2.5 inch head, the larger head did not work since the Ts were broken in the first place and i should get $100 reimbursed from Home advisor.

He was able open up the drain. However he did not clear the drain completly. He quoted one price but charged a higher rate. Also I had him look a problem with hot water pressure. He diagnose a burst rusted cap 10000 gallon water leak as the need for a new water heater and tried to charge 200 more than competitors for job.

Greg was very prompt and professional. He has a lot of experience and had no trouble solving my kitchen drain problem. I was impressed with how careful he was to keep things clean and to prevent any damage to the kitchen floor. It's a big inconvenience to not have use of the kitchen sink, so I really appreciated that he was willing to provide help on a Sunday.
