I called for an emergency repair for a few leaks in our roof. The guys arrived on time and were punctual and friendly. They "fixed" the three areas and guaranteed their work. The following rain storm I went to verify their work and 2 of the 3 areas were still leaking. Having guaranteed their quality of work I called back and talked to Anderson about the problems. He agreed to come out and we set up an appointment. He did not show nor since then has he returned any of my phone calls, messages, and text messages. I'm very disappointed. I'm out a lot of cash and still have a leaky roof.

They came the same day I called, Sunday! They completed the work within 24 hours. They were respectful and service oriented
