Garage Building Service
Frustrating construction of our garage from beginning, communication our fault, construction GM's responsibiltiy. Building now up, walls off center, floor uneven, no insulation, not useable for display of collectibles, the purpose of the building. No vents on roof, many issues with work ethic of contractor's employees. At the end of project which was about 4 months overdue, we attempted contact to resolve problems, got no call back or emails returned. We wanted a building, but also wanted to give him a chance to grow his business. We are very unhappy and disappointed overall. We would not and do not recommend this construction business.
Response from Southern Tier Express Property Services, Inc
"The garage constructed did not need a roof vent was never budgeted in the project the insulation that was budgeted for was used. The walls were an issue to the concrete showing up after it was canceled and another contractor who had nothing to do with the project had concrete still delivered. Waynes Concrete gave us bad concrete for the floors and set up after 25min of arriving which made it hard to finish and customer was aware."

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
They were dead on with their estimate of the materials and labor. We checked on the material costs ourselves. We also received three additional estimates and not only were they the cheapest, but they also gave an accurate inspection. Although they started the project later than expected they did it in two days and were really good!
