I did call to remind Greg McDonald ( the GM in the company title) about the scheduled appointment. He brought 4 guys who were able to complete the job in 4-5 hrs. They left the yard as clean as they found it.

I had a number of quotes and this company came in with the best price. Greg turned out to be a very nice person to deal with. His employees worked very fast and efficiently. I was pleased with the outcome and glad that I hired GM-ET for the job (replacing ridge shingles).

Found the leak, fixed it, replaced a bunch of cracked roof tiles while he was at it. My roof tiles are apparently hard to find; he found tiles that were the correct shape but not quite the correct color, so he moved tiles around to put the off-color tiles where they can't be seen. All in all, a great job at a fair price.

Mr. MacDonald showed up on time, looked at the roof and took pictures. He told me exactly what was wrong and gave me a price to fix the problem. I had previously done some research and new that his estimate was a good amount. Originally I had planned to have at least 3 companies give me estimates, but when Mr. MacDonald said he could begin immediately and the job would be finished that day, I hired him on the spot. I have not regretted that decision in the least. Excellent work, cleaned up any and all debris, was always courteous and finished when he said he would. Hire this man/company for your roof repairs. EXCELLENT.

He is the best, he did an excellent job.He did exactly as he said he would, he went over and above to complete my job. I would recommend him to other customers. He even took other materials from other work that was done with him when he took all the things away from the work he did. He offered me to call back if other little things need to be done.

I was very pleased with the entire project. It went very smoothly and I'd recommend them and will in fact use them again.

Greg was prompt, friendly and walked me through the inspection findings on the roof. It was our intention to hire GM-ET for our roofing, however, after purchasing the house, our budget was decimated. We will definately contact them when we are ready to renovate.
