GMI Roofing

At first I was impressed but after the second rain the roof was leaking. Troy came out and did the ?easy? fix. It didn?t work. He said the roof was guaranteed. He has since totally ignored me after MANY attempts to contact him!! It?s very sad that I have to rate this ?stands by our work? company as really doesn?t care at all. I wonder if I will actually hear from now?

Very unprofessional, tried to fix the problem 4 times and the problem is still not fixed, causing more problems than I already had. I am living in very unhealthy conditions due to Service Pro not being able to make the leak stop.

GMI did the work promptly. Made a return trip to follow up. Wife an I are quite happy with the project. I think you will be satisfied with this contractor.

It took a while for ANGI to get things moving but once GMI called everything went quick and great.

Truly excellent work. I had severe fascia and outside trim damage from water and carpenter bees. Troy gave me a very reasonable quote for the job, and he and his crew arrived on-time. The work was professionally done and he answered all of my questions before and during the work. HIGHEST MARKS.

Troy was on time. He came prepared with necessary equipment for the estimate. Rather than just tell me what the problem was he made a video of what he was seeing with annotations marking the troubled spots. Due to problems with prior roof repair and install we decided the best course was to reinstall the roof. Gave us options and we made our choice. Troy called back a few days later saying he wanted to come by to show us the shingle choices. My first thought was okay, here it comes, the first chance to jack up the price. I was really surprised. He did not discuss changing the price. He was honest that he only wanted us to select the shingles. We made arrangements for the install in two weeks. He called a few days later to let us know that weekend was available. He said it would take one day. His crew was weather delayed one day, but they arrived Saturday morning around 7 and by 6 that evening they were done. One day job. They cleaned up before they left. Absolutely top notch service from initial estimate to completed work. Would definitely recommend Troy and his company.

Troy was on time for my estimate and gave me the quote. I accepted that day and he came the following day and fixed the problem which required new flashing and roof cement. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. I would recommend Troy to anyone who wants someone who cares about his work and does a superb job.

Troy called and came at the exact time he said he would. He viewed the issue and gave me a quote on the spot. I accepted and 2 hours later the repair was done. He was fantastic.

This company is top notch. If you need to replace a roof don't look any further. Mr. Troy is very professional and cares about his customers. Clean up was very through and the price was right. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

Owner is very prompt, thorough and helpful. He went above and beyond to check for other problem areas. I donâ t think there will be any more leaks in the areas he fixed but we have not had too hard of a rainstorm yet. Pro will fix if that happens. I did not get any other quotes so I donâ t know about cost, comparatively speaking.

Troy is the only guy I will call from now on. Honesty and integrity are a big deal to me, and Troy/GMI have it.

Very sensitive regarding todays issues. We contacted each other by phone. He showed the problems by movie pictures. I knew what was going on the whole time he was here but not being by him.

GMI, gave us product information to help us with selections. The installation crew worked professionally. Clean up was thorough.

Troy was great. Gave me two options on issue at my roof/chimney. Actually received a video from him of my roof issue as he was repairing it showing the issue and how he was going to fix it. It was detailed and informative. I would hit Troy again!

I realized I had a leaking roof when the water was coming down my bathroom wall. I called a couple of places but they were not able to help. I found GMI on Home advisor. Troy came out to my home shortly after we spoke and did a temporary job on the roof to stop the leak. The next day Troy came back out and did the final permanent repair. I can't thank him enough for helping me out.

Troy called me immediately and came out for a free estimate in the same day of my initial request on a Friday, then he came out to do the work on Monday. I was quite impressed with the on-site video to show me the roofing issues so that I did not have to go up on the roof, plus the he sent me the quote immediately via email. I appreciate his professional and quick response. We like the 1-year warranty on his work and hope that we won't need it, but we won't know until rain comes again. I would highly recommend GMI Roofing to friends and family.

Amazing job. Showed up on time! Took video of my roof for me to see the issue. Was able to come back the same day to fix it. Also took pictures for me to see the final work. Great job
