I called the same day our chimney cap was torn off by a bad rain and wind storm the night before, and Jason came out promptly and took care of the problem right away. Jason and his associate arrived on time and completed the work for the agreed price of $250. He did a thorough job removing the old, loose mortar from the firebox walls and applying fresh mortar, and he also added insulation at the top of the firebox as promised. Overall, Jason was punctual, professional, and pleasant to work with.

I really did my research. I was truly determined to hire professionals who would get the job done right the first time. GM Construction did everything from replacing the roof on my shed to reinforcing a 20 yr old fence. I really appreciate it. Have they worked within my budget and did an efficient job without adding on costs. The extras, the things they really didn’t have to do were appreciated. They built me a new Chimney and determined that a Liner was needed. Reasonable prices really matter. Completion of work in a reasonable timeframe really matters. Jason came within a couple days with a helper. Cleaned out chimney and replaced cement surrounding top of chimney. Very polite, cleaned up after themselves and accepted all forms of payment . I would highly recommend their services.
