As someone who has built 2 homes in the past I was not looking forward to our remodel/addition. My husband and I interviewed 5 different companies and we knew from the beginning that John Fisher from G&M was who we needed to do the job. John has been completely up front and honest from the minute we have met him. He will NOT over promise and under deliver! The bid that he gives is true to his word unless YOU splurge on an allowance item such as a $1,500 chandelier. (Don t worry John and his team will remind you of this!) Unlike, the other 4 bids that we received there were not any hidden fees that we found out about after receiving the initial bid. The quality of their work and the professionalism of the G&M team is unheard of and unseen in this industry. As a kind reminder when dealing with construction either with a new build or a remodel something will go wrong. The difference that we have learned from our experiences is how those issues are resolved. With G&M everything was handled fairly and honestly. We couldn t have asked for a better experience.

The only negative aspects of their service were well outside of their control (shipment of items and materials,etc.) abut they did great at recovery after these events happened.
