The contractor took payment and did not complete the job. HE said he spoke with my insurance company, I called them to verify and found out that it was not true. Company is very unreliable

He came out, looked at the job, and quoted me 175. I also had to pay for a new light vent for the bathroom and I was ok with that but when I got my invoice it was for 400 dollars the heat at most is 120.00. He changed the price on me!
