Loved the outcome of the new fence. I was told 5 to 6 weeks to get the work done But got a call that the fence was being delivered 2 weeks after, I gave them the go ahead

Horrible, horrible, horrible! GMX installed a supposedly routine PVC fence. They came over, estimated the cost, gave us an install date, and was a month late. So far, normal and acceptable. They mismeasured. The fence has a 4' gap. They said they would order a section and finish it. That was ONE YEAR AGO. The fence is still INCOMPLETE. After 25-30 phone calls, two re-inspections to see what was missing, and a total lack of professionalism, I decided to write this review. Do NOT CALL GMX Fence. Do NOT Call Mike in Toms River. Horrible.

Installation of the Fence and workers were professional and high quality. After the fence was installed the post where the gate closes has a lot of play in it. I called several times for someone to come out and take a look at it. I called at least four times and I never received a call back or a visit from someone. It seemed that as soon as they got paid they moved on to the next Job. Customer Service is following up with the Job even after the work is completed.

Well it is with a heavy heart that I have to write this review. First let me start by saying I received several estimates and GMX was not the cheapest by far. I would not have picked this company based on their reviews and lack of response, but my husband felt that they would be reputable. I advised him that the reviews stated that they did good work but their lack of response was an issue. We signed our contract April 9th. We had an issue with the timeline they promised, but 3 weeks after the original date given, the fence was installed. They did a fairly decent job however, they did not install the railings as promised and paid for and there is an issue with one of the gates not closing correctly. We have called weekly and we are being promised that they would be back to correct the gate and install the railings. It is now August and the issue is still not resolved. We are filing a claim with the better business for a return of our monies if this does not get resolved. Also, if you decide to use them, use a charge card! They charge a fee to deter and now I know why, but if you decide to take a chance, protect yourself.

Great group of guys to work with. We had a little non standard install needed and they worked with us very nicely and beat out the local competitors for price. We were very happy with the results, I highly recommend they to anyone needing fence work done!

GMX is top notch. Aydin and his crew did an amazing job installing 14 sections of PVC fence and a gate in 3 hours.. They are knowledgeable, reasonable and deliver as promised. Do not go any where else.

GMX was very friendly, very easy to deal with, very professional and I enjoyed working with them very much so.. They worked with us to get the price we were all comfortable with and came in and did the job in a quick, timely manner but did not skip any corners and my new privacy fence looks amazing!
