Came to my home masked and ready. I had a few other plumbers tell me what the issue was, but he actually fixed it on the spot. I hired them for 2 other jobs. The work was done to my satisfaction. My only issue was the old toilet is still in my yard where he said he would remove it the next day. Would highly recommend
