If you're looking for a professional, timely company that sticks to scheduling you have found the perfect fit with GNI, Nicholas Caballero with GNI Remodeling & Roofing has completed remodeling of our guest bathroom and master bathroom within two weeks of the beginning process of each project. Demolition day of each project was completed in one day each. The tile installer, plumber, sheet rock repair, painters. glass person and window installers are very trained in each of their trades. We had the bathtubs in both bathrooms removed and had large showers with dual shower heads, seating and niches installed. The glass door in each bathroom are enormous enclosures, one with a sliding door and the other with a swing door with no frames. Nicholas Caballero, GNI remodeling and roofing made choosing counter tops so very easy as well as choosing a design for each room. We are remodeling one room at a time and will continue the process of remodeling only to GNI with Nicholas. I cant wait till they start on my biggest project which is my kitchen and tiling my entire house.

GNI did a very good job with an insurance contract for water damage that caused a ceiling collapse. Replaced damaged sheetrock and painted an entire room after installing a ceiling fan. Redid the flooring throughout the entire second level of my house with brand new laminate. Replaced molding and quarter rounds throughout the areas with the new flooring. Installed insulation in the attic to replace that which fell out. The work was done in a timely manner, albeit spread out over a long period of time due to my strange availability/work schedule and unforeseen weather complications. There were some details that were missed: The transition moldings between the new floor and doorways/closets/other floors are all the wrong color and were never properly addressed. The spots where the nail holes on the quarter rounds placed were filled with a putty that is too dark but has mostly blended in. Some of the painting left overrun, especially on door frames where the paint has started to scratch the painted doors. They never fully finished cleaning the areas they did construction on and it took a number of days and trips to finally regain the use of my garage once all the debris and trash was picked up, mostly due to weather. Overall my impression with Nicholas and his crew is good and I'm pleased with the level and quality of their work.

This company, including Nicholas, supported us during a very difficult time with another contractor. They provided input and expert advice. They guided us through the project and I am grateful for them. The next time we hire a contractor, we will call GNI first!

This Company took fantastic care of us and did an amazing job. The pricing was great! I have already referred them to my friends and family. I will use them again!!!!!!

Work has not started but am hoping for quality. Do not have anyone to compare it to but I felt the price was a little high

Nicholas works with his customers to make sure you are satisfied with their work.

GNI built and tiled a walk in shower and installed a new countertop and sink. The work was very well done. Communication could be better. Nicholas s enthusiasm and busy workload means details can be blurred, but he tried very hard to make us happy. We will use GNI again.

The are very reliable. Great customer service. We can depend on them.

Professional, hard working, and all around good!
