I needed an appraisal to dispute a property tax assessment. I contacted the company and heard from Mr. Richard Kimball the same day that I made contact. We scheduled the appraisal appointment for a day or so after I called the company. Mr. Kimball was professional and knowledgeable. Turnaround time for the report was not quite 2 weeks. And, I caught them when they were offering a summer special ($249) - very reasonable compared to other appraisal companies. I would recommend them.

The appraisal was professionally done. My only concern was that it was not delivered on the schedule that we agreed upon, and I had to make several phone calls. With that said, I would use this company again.

I thought they were a little expensive, but I did not price shop because I needed expedited service. They were quick and responsive, and I was very satisfied.

This company helped me out of a jam that I got in because of the shoddy work performed by another appraiser. I cannot thank them enough for the quick response and taking pity on me after I was bilked out of money by the initial appraiser.
