Wood or Fiber-Cement Siding - Repair or Partially Replace
Very professional, and easy to work with. The contractors that completed the work on our home were awesome. What really impressed me was their attention to details, and doing some of the little extras that I would never have thought to do myself. My wife and I completely satisfied with the workmanship and quality of the work done. I will definitely use Guerrero again for several projects in the spring. Mark - Burnsville, MN.

Sanchez was quick to do the job but when the job requirements were changed prior to work and less was required, he did not change nor did he notify that the bid would stay the same for less work. To top it off, I had to ask him what he was going to charge to sheetrock as he did not discuss this with me and he was going to charge $700! to rock 2 rooms that we ended up doing that took 2 inexperienced guys a little over 2 hours. Lastly, the joists he repaired that he was instructed to make level were far from level. It was obvious that they did not check their work nor was there any concern over the quality of work. Poor craftsmanship.
