No Nonsense! Gio knows what he's doing, answered my inquiry immediately, followed by showing up shortly thereafter, and scheduling the repair the next day only because I couldn't authorize it on the spot. All the hype is Justified! I see why he gets nothing but five stars, as he deserves nothing less! A real Pro with an old-fashioned customer service attitude and a fair price to boot! I don't see how I could have been happier.

They were very prompt to contact me and set up an appointment. They arrived within the announced timeframe. They fixed the gap issue I had, increased the tension on the 2 springs, inspected the whole system, and lubricated it. They recommended replacing the motor and the springs, but I declined.

GO Garage Door Repair exceeded my expectations. The price was reasonable, their Installer was knowledgeable, prompt, friendly and efficient. A GO Garage Door Repair rep. (Gio) contacted me within 30 minutes of my request. Unlike the other companies I spoke with, he was able to give me a materials & labor quote based on photos. He was able to schedule an appointment that afternoon. He arrived on time, had the correction springs, and installed them in a timely fashion (less than 30 minutes. My springs make the garage door very easy to open.

Great repair. Called immediately to confirm appointment. Was able to diagnose the problem through pictures. Was on time, courtesy, and replaced the springs to fix the door. Couldn't have asked for more.
