Golden State Fence

I was really impressed with Charles and his crew. The fencing he replaced had very dense vines growing on it and they removed along with very old fencing 140ft. And hauled off to the dump. His price was very fair. He demonstrated great knowledge driving an excavator to remove tree stumps. The redwood boards were nice and thick and the post were put into cement everything lined up with a string so lined up true board by board. My mom is very happy in west Salinas. We thank him for his dedication to knock it out in 3 days 🙌👏😀

Charles did a great job replacing a rotten fence post. He was professional and did a great job. Full charge was as quoted even though I needed an additional fence hinge.

Charles did an excellent job in a timely manner at a fair price

The provider arrived at my property on 4/24/26 and removed four post one of them was not damaged and all post were not installed on property line. The fence is damaged. The amount I payed is 1,500. I did not sigh a contract and provider did not provide me with a receipt. I have a video of provider removing the undamaged post. Only three post were to be fixed.

Charles from Golden State answered my evening request for a fence repair job within minutes after I posted the job. He came out the next afternoon to see the situation and offer his solution. I liked his ideas and bid! Charles and his team came out as planned, replacing our wire and wood fence with metal poles set in concrete and new wire. They finished the project in 5 days despite a big rain storm. They cleaned the old wood and wire, leaving the pasture ready for our geese to move back to their home. We are very pleased with Golden State’s work!
