We used Gonzalez Demolition to demo our bathroom down to the studs. They were extreme.y professional AND neat and clean. They arrived on time. Eric and his crew taped of all the rooms and doors with plastic, placed coverings on the floor and vaccumed and swept all the floors. I was out but my husband was home. The bathroom is completely gutted and perfectly swept, not a speck of dust anywhere. So glad we found him and would highly recommend him.

Used Gonzalez Demolition for full interior demolition of a 100-year-old house. Peeling everything down to the bricks of 4 floors took a similar time of others who only demolished 1 floor. They are fast, punctual and professional. I would highly recommend and I would use them again. Don't have any doubts with these guys.

I had a two family house (4 floors basement & finished attic) in RP NJ that needed EVERYTHING to be gutted down to the studs, removal of all electric, gas, and plumbing, and removal of a 400+ pound steam boiler from the basement. Eric was constantly in touch with me throughout the project and his crew always arrived on time. His original estimate was about 10% higher than a competitor, BUT he was willing to work with me...instead of lower the price he included the removal of a destroyed cement patio, two small collapsed retaining walls and an old wooden fence....this made his estimate unbeatable! When they finished the job, the gutted house was "spotless"!! He runs a great small family business and will certainly hire him again.

Please note I would high them again. The price was fair they really work hard and impressed me, they covered all parts and when we asked could you also cover something else, they did without hesitation. They are a very nice gentlemen like team, they work together and really are not very loud. I hired them once, and then hired them a 2nd time. Would not hesitate to hire them again and please note I was very content the 2nd time we hired them, leaving us confident to say we would again and not hesitate to write this review.

Recently purchased a house with wall to wall carpeting and tiles over the hardwood floors. I removed everything and had it in the garage. Gonzalez Demolition came out the night before, gave me a great price and then returned first thing in the morning to remove everything. Will use again.
