Very quick response. Verified what needed done. Quick estimate, which was best of three quotes, work was done quickly, on a Saturday, efficiently and professionally, clean up and removal of old equipment was well done. There was a slight issue with drain from inside air handler, after they had left for the day, but they came out on the Sunday morning and fixed it. Excellent work,

Collin was great. He kept me informed with what was going on and what he was seeing. He gave me all my options, answered all my questions, and handled himself very professionally.

Colin and Jaren (Tech) were GREAT from the start. Friendly and courteous, able to answer all my questions and send someone out the following day. The technician (Jaren) was on time (actually early ð   ). We learned that due to staffing shortages, Jaren had driven from North Texas early this AM specifically for our sole repair. Having heard this, I was concerned that our estimate/bill might reflect this effort, boy was I wrong!! Jaren was thorough and friendly, demonstrated his knowledge by explaining the problem in detail and helping us understand how to prevent recurrence. He also provided us with options, rather than just telling us that an expensive AC repair is needed. Needless to say we were VERY IMPRESSED by the honesty and integrity shown !!! I was quite surprised and pleased with the reasonable bill received upon completion of his work. Colin (Office Manager) then promptly followed up with a call to advise us of the cost to replace our evaporator coil when/if we elect to AND to offer a credit back for part of today's service towards the larger repair. THIS business is very fair, honest and ethical and has definitely shown they are dedicated to EXCELLENT Customer Service. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND GOODE BROTHERS A/C!!!
