The GO Properties team was courteous and really great to work with. We have worked with a number of contractors over the years and these guys were easily the best. They were respectful of me (I'm usually "just the wife" to most other contractors therefore I'm rarely taken seriously) and they were just easy to work with.

Very professional, and courteous. Showed up on time, did exactly what they quoted. I would hire them again if I need there service.

I had a large old outbuilding structure that was falling apart. In addition to needing to remove the debris associated with the actual the demo, there was a large amount of additional debris inside and around the old building that needed to be hauled away. Greg provided a fair quote, did the job quickly, and was always extremely professional to work with. I think it was a bigger project than it appeared to be from the outset, but he did it all without any complaints or attempts to charge more. I plan to hire GO Properties again when I rebuild a storage shed in its place and wouldn't hesitate to use them for other projects, too.

Excellent communication by phone. They did a small job of furniture removal that other companies would not do. I wish I had more projects for them.

We hired GO properties for a basement remodel, water-proofing issues, and plan to bring them in again to renovate several bathrooms because of our wonderful experience working with Greg and Orlando. GO properties was THE best group we have ever worked with-- and we have suffered through dozens of construction projects in the past! This group was professional, considerate, neat, respectful and produced timely and immaculate work. With a baby and two dogs eager to escape at all times-- it was such a relief to be able to trust Greg & Orlando with safe and considerate entry in-and-out of our property. The communication was beyond anything we ever expected with a construction group-- we were truly spoiled with Greg's responsiveness and patience as my husband and I changed our minds (and the plan) at least a dozen times. GO's quotes were fair and accurate, and flexible as we amended the original plan. We will never use anybody else.

Greg cut our kitchen wall down to half so we could build a new breakfast bar. Work was done quickly and the price fair, did have a few hookups. The measurement of his cut on the wall was off by 1.5 inches, so I had to finish cutting myself after the cabinets had already been fastened to the wall. Secondly, he graciously cut our price down by letting us do our own trash haul away, which saved us a lot of money on work we could do ourselves. Only issue was the agreed upon terms was that the debris would be bagged neatly and left neatly. Sadly most bags were overfilled and were paid no concern as when hauling away 2 bags broke completely and many had to be emptied and split between multiple trashbags so it wouldn't happen again. I would hire him again as he was prompt and tried to find ways to save us money.
