I recently had my roof repaired, and I couldnâ t be more satisfied with the outstanding job this company did. They arrived on time, were extremely professional, and completed the work quickly. The team replaced a damaged boot, removed rotted wood, and installed new shingles with great attention to detail. Throughout the process, they kept me informed, took pictures, and explained everything clearly, so I always knew what was happening. On top of their excellent workmanship, their prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this company for anyone in need of fast, quality, and reliable roofing services!

Hugo came referred from another roofing company. I think that says a lot! I had three companies come out to assess the roof leak and none seemed to be able to identify the issue accurately. Hugo assessed the issue, took pictures to show me the work needing to be completed, and quoted a very reasonable price. Hugo is a professional who is great in customer service, pricing, and was truly pleasant to work with. Highly recommended!

We only had to repair the small front porch area, and they did a clean job and were quick. The only minor irritation was that Hugo seemed somewhat distracted with bigger jobs, but understandable given the small size of this job (less than $1000) and it did not detract from the speed or quality of their work. I would use them again if the need arose.

Hugo responded very quickly to our inquiry (within minutes) and was here within 30 minutes on a Saturday. He had the replacement shingles and vent necessary to make the repairs on the spot. Very knowledgeable, courteous and polite. We would use his services again.

Fast. Intact, fast service, nice people

They came when they said they would. Did what they said they would and cleaned up everything and it was a nice experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

Seemed to be eager to please me

I hired them to replace four boots. They were very professional, reasonably price, and friendly. I received a estimate the day I called and he came out the next and completed the job the following morning. I definitely recommend them for you roofing needs.

G & O Roofing was EXTREMELY responsive. Within 90 minutes of my call, the contractor came to my house, repaired my missing shingles and inspected the roof. Hugo (the owner) is terrific!!!

Hugo was prompt and efficient. Proof of worked will be when a heavy rain comes. Was a pleasure working with them.

I LIKE THAT THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME AN UPSELL RESPONSE. HUGO IDENTIFIED AND FIXED THE PROBLEM QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY . I WOULD ABSOLUTELY USE THEM AGAIN WITHOUT HESITATION AND WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FRIENDS.

Water was entering my roof from around the brick chimney. I called several roofers. One roofer just did a visual examination from the ground. While another told me I would have to replace the chimney cap. Hugo climbed the roof to inspect it. He did a thorough inspection. He took pictures to show me what the problem is. It turns out the previous owner had done poor repair job of the flashing. Hugo explained what he would have to do to fix it. He gave me price. There were no surprises or additional costs. He is very experienced. He recognized the brand and color of the shingle just by looking at it. Hugo and his helper did a great job. They took care of my roof headache without taking a big bite out of wallet.

Good repair job. Quote was a little high for that particular job, but was pressed since weather forecast was bad. Will use them again

Hugo Gomez and his staff are the upmost professionals. I had a new roof installed ( 2 tear offs- and an unusual situation of having my house animal proofed by Crocodile Dave 3 yrs earlier - a process that involved high grade screening installed over the facia board and roof - this presented a potential problem of not installing the drip edge - which is now Georgia code or removing the screens that I paid 3000 dollars to have installed to keep out the squirrels ). Hugo and his staff were able to keep the expensive screens I had installed as well as installing the necessary code drip edge. I can't say enough about the integrity of this man or his company. They completed to entire job in one day. Amazing to me with the amount of work that was required . I can't say enough about the quality of his work. If you need a new roof in Atlanta in my mind there is only company to call and that is G&O roofing. As far as price he was more than reasonable . In fact after seeing the completed job I would have paid more had he asked . As an FYI I got 3 additional estimates for the job and Hugo was the second least expensive . The variance on estimates in Atlanta is unbelievable . So I encourage all who read this to get several estimates and then call Hugo - you won't be disappointed ! The difference in estimates was over 3000 dollars - from high to low.

Hugo responded within 2 hours and my roof was fixed lickety-split!! I had extra roof tiles in my basement and he added flashing to the hole in my roof and reinstalled the shingles. It looks flawless.

Hugo was on time and efficient. He took pictures of the problem and discussed it with me. The repair seems fine.
