Ryan came today to do an air conditioner scheduled service. He did an excellent job for us. Answered all our questions. We also were interested in a Smart thermostat and he installed one for us today. He also was very thorough in helping us with the App and how to operate the new thermostat. We would definitely recommend GP to all our friends.

installed ac in jan 2017, by July there was a problem with algae, sold another coil for 400 , by jan 2018 more problems advised duct work was not sufficient replaced 1500, no aug 2020 line had to be reset it has been leaking all along, also installed water heater and abusive conversation with the owner. now I finally have a reliable repair service and do not recommend this company to anyone

We had them clean and seal our ducts that had alot of sheetrock dust. Brandon checked our entire system and explained things well. Raylyn in the office was pleasant and very helpful scheduling our service in a timely manner since we had company arriving. The crew was polite and did a great job.

G.P. Plumbing & Air Conditioning serviced my Central Air Conditioning today. The technician, Ryan did an excellent job! Ryan explained each step he was checking. Ryan checked the outside unit circuitry and explained how explained how to keep my outside unit working smooth. Next, he went into the garage and checked the Air Handler. Once again, he explained every step he made. He flushed the drain and added algaecide to the overflow drain. I highly recommend G.P. Ryan came out and installed a new ultra violet light purification to my central air. The other was unrepairable. Ryan explained all my options, installed and cleaned up. A pleasure having a good professional serviceman

I contracted for a duct cleaning and check of our 2002 AC/Heat pump unit. The crew arrived on time, completed the work very efficiently, and were very professional. I gave them 5 stars because they cleaned up after themselves, and explained what was going on with my unit. There were no surprises, the price was as contracted and the end result even with old coils was a cooler air temperature than we have ever achieved before. Today (80+ outside and humid) I had to turn up our AC it was actually too cool for us. I knew the ducts were dirty as we did Irma construction repairs but did not expect better circulation, that was a nice bonus.

excellent customer service... cannot say enough nice things about these guys from the tech to the boss to the assistants... professional, honest, client oriented and fast.... many thanks to the team alias Kate or C

The service technician thoroughly checked our AC system and provided suggestions for keeping it in good running order.

GP Plumbing is very responsive and easy to work with. The installation technicians arrived on time, were very professional and pleasant, did a high-quality installation, and took the time to answer my questions and confirm that I was satisfied. I previously used GP to replace a water heater and was also very satisfied with their work.

They do a great job, professional, and they are always on time. They are very honest and trustworthy.

The first time I used this company was three years ago for emergency AC repair. They came to my rescue, I now use them for yearly maintenance on my very old AC unit. Although they are amazed that the old girl is still running, they never try to sell me something that I don't need. When it's time to install a new unit, I will be giving them a call. They are always prompt and professional. I would highly recommend G.P. Plumbing and Air-conditioning.

They have been very good to us, and we have never had any troubles.

Friendly, prompt service

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Ive been recommending them to everyone. They're just excellent and take the time to explain everything to you.

Of the many venders that we have used since moving to FL They were certainly the best.

.

Five Stars.

He is very conscientious and we are very pleased with the work.

They are very good. The technician came out, kept me up to date, explained to me in simple terms and they were very patient and up front and honest. I have been dealing with them for a while and I will continue to call them. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC service.

They are very reliable, very honest, and very good. They explain everything to me very well.

The two guys were very knowledgeable and knew immediately what the problem was and went right to it. They were very nice and accommodating.

They showed up on time. They were very courteous, they did their job properly and got everything working within a reasonable amount of time.

This company pulled a "bait and switch" tactic that I didn't appreciate at all. They gave me a reasonable price on cleaning the ducts and then hit me with a high cost duct repair job that took them less that 15 minutes to complete.
