GP Restorations

I hired GP Restorations to manage an entire home remodel in Brandon, VT. The home was very old and had a lot of quirks and deferred maintenance. Gerry was extremely easy to work with, and from 4 hours away- I felt completely at ease with him handling the massive scope of work, from landscape to roofing, to tree removal, deck replacement, permitting, whole house painting, demo, as well as kitchen and bathroom guts and redesign. He managed to plumb, and electrical and worked well with all other contractors, as well as appropriate and kind communication with neighbors. He was always accessible for questions and to talk about pricing and ideas. He was able to understand my vision from simple photos and verbal descriptions and gave fair pricing. I am extremely happy with Gerry and his crew, and absolutely will hire them again in the future!

Great job with cutting down a tree leaning too far over the house. I will use them again for any work I need around the house.
