Called me back within 30 minutes of posting and quoted me a fair price. Came to house later that afternoon, completed the work in less than 2 hours and removed the old tank and left the site clean. Also gave me an estimate for an addition upstairs and recommended a local electrician.

Simply service above expectations, when my families water heater went out in the early morning, I went online and started to look for a plumber. Garrett called me within minutes of my online inquiry, and after a few questions was able to give me a sense of how he runs his business. After calling a few others, I decided to call him back to see when he could install my new heater. This was a Friday afternoon, I expected service after the weekend, but said it was important to him to make sure my wife and kids had hot water and asked if he could come on Saturday. As someone who is always curious how things work, I spent a few hours in the garage with him as he replaced the tank. I can't say enough good things about his professionalism, knowledge, he is just a great guy who knows his stuff. Nobody likes to call a plumber, but if you need one I wouldn't hesitate to recommend GPS Plumbing.

I had never used GPS before, but read his positive reviews and gave him a shot. I called Garett and left a message, he called me back promptly. I explained that I had a leaking water heater (installed new in 2004 when the house was built). I told him all the info on the present water heater and he said there is only one model for my specific application as it is a direct vent through the garage sidewall. He gave me a total price for everything including taking away the old tank and all the old exhaust vent pieces. I checked on the Rheem website just to verify I was getting the correct model and he was right. I had checked out other plumbers for prices and they were all higher...I know you don't always get the best work for the lowest price, but in this case I did. Sometimes you hear of "professionals" trying to put (force) the square peg in the round hole....making it work, etc. Not Garett as he is honest and professional. We set up a mutually agreeable date and time for the tank removal and new installation. Garrett showed up at 800am and his helper Don was at my house at 745am. When they hoisted the new water heater up onto the raised metal stand, it was apparent that it was too short for the exhaust vent to be at the correct height. So Garett went down to Lowes and bought 4 nice looking blocks about 4" high to make up the ht. difference. He didn't charge me extra for the trip to get the blocks or for the cost of the blocks themselves...the price he quoted me covered everything...no price add-ons. He also had to install some new water feeds and valves and that was included also. Garett and Don were very neat,and a pleasure to talk to and deal with. If I need any other plumbing done, Garett will be getting a call...no one else. He knows his trade and goes about it in a very efficient manner...he also took the time to answer any questions I had and never made me feel that I was bothering him by asking them. I would not hesitate to recommend GPS to anyone needing his services. Happy to see that there are still nice competent tradesmen out there doing their thing. An excellent experience......

Performed very poor job for the money charged. Did not unclog the drain as promised. Net result, lost the tenant at the property.

Garrett responded so quickly, and always answered his phone when I called. He gave me a great deal on a super nice toilet, and then picked up my other one for me. He was so neat, and you never knew he had been to our home. He will be my new plumber from now on.
