Terry was great! He told me what he could do and listened to my needs. Because the project needed some extra items that he did not do, he recommended another contractor that did the other items. I would definitely hire Grand slam in the future.

I needed a small 8x5 concrete slab broken up and removed. I talked with the contractor at Grand Slam Concrete Breaking. He actually recommended that it would be much cheaper for me to remove the small slab myself and that it would not be difficult to do. He warned me that the size of my project and the limited access to the site would increase the cost to a point that made little sense. I took his advice and have had very good success so far. I estimate a total cost of about $90 for this project, doing it myself, and it has not been hard. Other contractors I called simply took my contact info and promised to get back with me (but then never did). I'm glad I found someone willing to give me some coaching and advice, and to honestly let me know that my project was on the too-small end for a contractor to consider seriously.

Terry was great, we had a tough concrete porch and stairs with rebar to get removed in a hurry so we could install a new deck. Terry was on it and did not stop until the job was complete. I wish there were more contractors out there with Terry work ethic and great customer service!
