Gary came on Saturday to repair our generator. He was excellent on his knowledge of Generac generators. We really are impressed by his excellent work quality. Very thankful to him for coming on his off hours.

They responded to my request quickly. They let me know the cost before arriving and performing the work. Their workmanship was excellent as was their professional and friendly manner during the performance of the work. I would definitely recommend them and appreciate the peace of mind a perfectly operative generator brings. Being in a wheelchair I depend upon my elevator to move freely from floor to floor. Audrey and Gary Gravatt are very nice people and did a great job installing a Generac standby generator for my 94 year old mother who is now safer and more secure living alone in the home she loves. I would highly recommend the Gravatts and am grateful for the excellent service they provided.

They did a great job. They stopped by and gave me a breakdown of my electrical use and estimates on different options for a generator. They also found the perfect spot to put it. The day of installation, they showed up on time and put in a full day installing the generator. It works great and looks great. Now I don't have to worry about outages, especially in the winter.

"I reinstalled a GENERAC generator system for this homeowner, who had purchased elsewhere, had a shotty install done and the cheapest materials being used by previous contractor. I see this all the time being done and the homeowners have nothing but problems from the improper sizing of the unit and poor installation guidelines. I helped out this homeowner get it right and I did it in a timely fashion. It all works fantastic now."

I give the Gravatts 5 STAR rating in all areas. No 4.5 for them I am not certain why the rating did not go beyond 4.5. The Gravatts are wonderful people not just business people. Purchased 20,000 kw natural gas standby for the entire house. Gary and Audrey worked all day to install, in the very hot, humid July weather. Very professional, personable and efficient. Highly recommend them. Great to work with and the price was right. Prefer to deal with the mom & pop shops than the big box stores.
