Ryan and his crew were easy to work with. Answered all my questions and concerns. Kept my roof dry through rain storm before new shingles were installed. Clean up was meticulous. Always keeping me informed of any changes needed.

Ryan and the whole Gray Duck Roofing crew were wonderful to work with. Communication was very clear and I never once had to reach out for an update, they were always calling me even if there werenâ t any major updates. We have an old 1900 house that had roof damage from wind and hail and they walked us through all the options and worked with our Insurance which was a huge help! During the process they also found other damage to the roof decking that they worked to get fixed as well. The roof is beautiful and we would recommend Gray Duck Roofing to anyone and everyone!

First and foremost the responsiveness and professionalism from Ryan and his employees exceeded my expectations many times over. From the very beginning everything was transparent and the communication was more than I anticipated or come to expect from my dealings with other similar companies in the past. The crew was respectful in making sure they cleaned up after themselves each day which allowed my children to be able to play and enjoy time outside, and the crew even accommodated my request to adjust their break and lunch time schedule during a few of my remote conference calls while I was working from home to keep the noise down. I am fully confident that the quality of work performed will last us decades to come. When that time comes to replace or repair our roof I sure hope Gray Duck Roofing is around!
