Response from GR Air Duct Cleaning
"I just saw the review you posted and I apologize you were not happy with the service I provided. I run a 5-star company and 3-star reviews do hurt my small business. So I would like to clear a few things up. Your ducts were in very poor condition and I recommend to you that you should replace them rather than waste your money on cleaning them. You agreed with me so I cleaned up my equipment and even helped find a company to take care of that job for you. I bought your lead from you for $33.95 I dove 45 mins to your house I provided you with an expert opinion on your situation and charged you $85.00 I lost money helping you."

Air Ducts & Vents Cleaning Service
The guy was pretty good and did the job. The only thing was that I thought he would wipe around the vents when he put them back. He didn't even though there were drips. He didn't lay down any protection on the carpet either to catch any dust/debris coming out of the ducts. Luckily there wasn't much of a mess. To his credit, he did come up the three flights of stairs lugging all his equipment because the elevator was out. I appreciated that!

Air Ducts & Vents Cleaning Service
We hired GR to do duct cleaning on our manufactured home. They did an OK job the first time, but I was able to find visible areas near the vents that weren't cleaned. I sent them a few pictures and they came back later that day and did a more thorough cleaning for no additional cost. Glad they stand by their work and make things right.
