great technicians, super quick service- parts received and washer fixed in less than a week and the serviceman was able to get my machine working (on light duty) until the parts needed arrived. Very happy with G&R!

They repaired our dishwasher within 15 minutes, and as long as they were at our home, they also repaired two toilets that each had problems with the stopper sealing properly. Everything was fixed with 35 minutes, everything now works properly, and the total bill to fix all three items was less than the estimate to fix the dishwasher alone from two other plumbers. EXCELLENT!

Process took over 2 week and it wasn't fixed because it was old. I had to constantly call to find out what was going on. Since we didn't know each other I became very apprehensive not knowing what was going on

They ran later than their time frame and did not call to let me know. Other than that the tech was great and fixed it without any issue. Saved me from having to get a new Washing machine. I was VERY happy

Technician was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. However, being an appliance repair company, they should carry the basic parts for repairs to different brand name appliances so they can fix the problem with the first visit, not just take 5 min to diagnose for $80.00 and have to order part and come out a 2nd time and charge an additional $50.00 to install it. They should only charge you for the part if you have them come back to install it.

The person was quick to pinpoint the problem on first visit which cost $80. My fridge need it a refill of a gas which they referred to as "recharge". On the second visit the technician took less than 5 minutes to do the recharge which was a very simple task costing me $120, which I thought was pricey. The total of the repair was $200.00. My fridge is working good and they give you a 90 day labor and equipment warranty which I thought was awesome.

They came to fix the igniter on my gas range and diagnosed the problem quickly. They said they would call when they have the parts. Two weeks later, they called and said they can't find the parts locally as the company that makes them is in Italy. I said go ahead and order the parts from Italy. One month later, and still no word back.

there was some confusion with the appointment time. Also, it took a bit long between the diagnostic (Friday 10 AM), and receiving a cost quote (Monday PM). I expected that the person who came for diagnostic, would be able to at least give us a rough estimate... But anyway, the repair was fine, and that's what counts most.

They scheduled from 1:00 to 5:00. The technician showed up at 5:30. I called them during the afternoon. At 2:00 there was no answer and I left a message with my phone number...no call back. At 3:45 I called back and was told they would be there by 5:00. At 4:45 I called back and was told they would be here soon. Came at 5:30. Fixed the problem. I would not use them again.
