They have not yet provided promised warrany from shingle mfr. Did not completely do the promised work.

could of saved 4 grand if H&R (35 year ol co.) would of done it in April as promised, May as prom. June or ,July as promised. There was prox. 55,000 homes damaged in San Antonio by April hail. Took you'all at a whim. Turned out OK. As usual had to watch like a hawk, and correct a few times. Replaced 4-5 sheets of plywood decking, did away with 2 skylights, and replaced bout 40 ' of trim. All in all would give them an A. They were the only ones that would use 100% GAF products.

This hail storm hit at the worst time. we had just put the house on the market to sell. Troy and his crew jumped in and helped from understanding the insurance claim process from day one to the very end!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!! Traci. I would have GLADLY given 10 stars if I could...LOL

Matt determined a roofing repair was what was needed at this time, saving me thousands of dollars. You don't find that kind of honesty in service providers very often. And the repairs were done quickly and fixed the problem. I'd highly recommend G & R Roofers.

What a great job !! We had another contractor, that we had to fire, found Rod, and he came in, provided his expertise, and solved are problems. He has placed our home on his website, under the `gallery pictures`, we are proud to be reflected. His expertise is OUTSTANDING.
