Erick and David with GRC are truly wonderful to work with, they exceeded our expectations in regards to value, workmanship, scheduling and meeting our specific needs/wants for our exterior paint project. We have a 1930s cottage that has had old paint peeling off of it for over a decade, which they meticulously prepped, primed and painted. We added re-glazing all of our windows & had them paint a small stucco addidtion and our brick chimney, as well. Our house looks so beautiful, Thank you guys so much!!

It has been a pleasure to work with Erick at GRC Residential Construction, LLC. When we began our search for a contractor to complete the vision for a pergola in our back yard, Erick responded immediately. He impressed me by indicating that "no job was too small". Erick made adjustments for our miscalculations on the piers, and made it work without compromising the structure or design. He also suggested additions to the design to enhance the functionality of the pergola. Not only is he a true professional artisan, that is honest and trustworthy, but also one that worked tirelessly to ensure the project was completed as promised. We are so pleased with the pergola that we have committed to contracting with his company to do another project. After giving us a very reasonable estimate for interior painting, deck and exterior door repair, they started almost immediately on our projects. We had a very tight deadline, which they promised to meet. They worked overtime on multiple days and very efficiently and met our deadline. I can’t say enough how appreciative we are for their hard work and attention to detail. After they finished, the house looked new again! Really couldn't find a category. They built and painted shelving around the walls of the garage 2 feet down from the ceiling for storage. Did an outstanding job including moving heavy objects out of the way to do the construction. They were prompted, courteously and efficient. I would recommend them to everyone.

Work from this company is absolutely great. I hired them to do two projects now. They fixed my front porch and I had them completely redo my back porch and I could not be more pleased. They made it to my exact specifications and got it done in a reasonable time. My new back porch looks amazing and my front porch looks just like it did when I first bought my home. Will definitely hire them again!
