GRC Residential Construction

Erick and team did a fantastic job on my deck replacement. Reasonable pricing, great communication and did exactly what they said they would do.

Showed up on time. Communicated well and did a great job painting the Stucco on our house. Change orders were reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Outstanding job! I Highly Recommend them I hired them to do several projects in one of my home. From carpententry work, front and back deck project, and interior and exterior painting. Erick and his Crew where involved from start to finish and where attentive to detail.

They came in and jumped in on my project right away! I had my ceilings and wall painted for the common areas. Their work is precise and efficient! Iâ m very satisfied with my results.

GRC Residential Construction (Heriberto and Erick) are amazing and I highly recommend them!!! We have a renter that left the house they were renting from us a total disaster. After giving us a very reasonable estimate for interior painting, deck and exterior door repair, they started almost immediately on our projects. We had a very tight deadline, which they promised to meet. They worked overtime on multiple days and very efficiently and met our deadline. I can’t say enough how appreciative we are for their hard work and attention to detail. After they finished, the house looked new again! We are extremely pleased with their work and highly recommend them!!!

Extremely professional, very neat and exceptional quality work!

Very professional and does awesome work

Really couldn't find a category. They built and painted shelving around the walls of the garage 2 feet down from the ceiling for storage. Did an outstanding job including moving heavy objects out of the way to do the construction. They were prompted, courteously and efficient. I would recommend them to everyone.

Outstanding job. Very professional and excellent attention to detail.

These guys were prompt at returning my outreach. They were polite and with masks when they arrived. They gave me an estimate that was negotiable and I hired them on the spot! They began immediately and finished next day. Paint job looked professional and they met my needs with no issues. Definitely will hire again!

GRC is a father and son company with many years of experience. They were affordable, prompt, courteous and brought a level of professionalism to my project. I highly recommend GRC and will be using the company for my future residential construction needs.

Very helpful!

Respectful,. Courteous.

Work from this company is absolutely great. I hired them to do two projects now. They fixed my front porch and I had them completely redo my back porch and I could not be more pleased. They made it to my exact specifications and got it done in a reasonable time. My new back porch looks amazing and my front porch looks just like it did when I first bought my home. Will definitely hire them again!
