When I was at Pulte homes Louis did 8-10 communities for me, that was about 15-20 model homes. He did them professionally, executed them perfectly. He was the first to do a rec center for Pulte Homes, I would urge anyone to tour his facilities, you would be amazed that the rec centers are a big draw to purchase homes in those communities! They are finished nicer than most people furnish their homes! He did great work and it was perfect. Louis also has many connections with furniture companies because he has purchased so much for them, so he has no problems getting the product delivered quickly. Not only would I recommend him to friends and family, I am planning to use him again for a new home I am buying in NC.

He is one of the best out there, he did a lot of interior design for our communities, model homes, million dollar homes, club houses. I have sold many homes that he designed. If he saw if something was not up to his standard, he would go in and make changes those changes. I felt the money was worth what I was spending.

Louis designed and furnished our main floor, he gave suggestions on paint colors and picked out all the furniture for our living room, family room, and my home office. I loved his vision, he captured what we were looking for, brought in elements of our love for the beach into our space so it always feels like a vacation home. He added some architectural features to unify our spaces and gave us many suggestions for the rest of our home such hardwood floors and other paint colors. He is really professional, friendly, and passionate about what he does. He is artistic and creative and took a lot of care of what we wanted to do. I would absolutely recommend him!

Louis did the interior design for a 5,000 sq. ft clubhouse for a private residential community of 259 homes. He procured the furnishing and artwork. It was great experience with him, he was on-time and on budget, you get what you pay for, he did it with style and went out of his way to make things smooth and easy for us.
