I was overcharged for materials, labor. The box they did over the vent was the part that was done to my liking. They were supposed to come back for a water test. I have not heard from them. Channels were supposed to be done but, I can hardly see where the repair was made. Vents look like there is hardly any material on them.

They did an excellent all around service, would definitely hire them on any job that our house may require.

The owner is young and very energetic and very knowledgeable and explained why he would do what he thought was best. easy to understand, great deal. Much less than other contractors.

They did a great job. The only issue we had was they left nails all around the property.

Green Mountain replaced an old modified bitumin roof that was leaking with a new TPO roof. There was horrible access issues to the roof but they were able to do the job quickly and completed cleanup quickly. They were great to deal with, very professional and offered very good value for the money. I highly recommend them.

Did an outstanding job

TPO installed over existing built-up roofing (tar and gravel). There was no emergency, but they still came the same week I ordered it. We have had some rain since, and no leaks appeared then. Though it's early days on a 20-year roof, I'm quite happy.

they spray-painted all my vent outlets and chimney outlets and everything the same basic color as the roof was. it at something I wasn't expecting and I thought that was pretty neat.

Work started on my roof prompt and on the agreed upon date, which was a Monday and was finished on a Thursday afternoon (which was earlier than promised). They kept in contact with me throughout the replacement of the roof to make sure they answered any of my questions. They also coordinated some interior repair of my damaged drywall. this too was fast, easy, and done very well. I would recommend green mountain contractors to anyone looking to get a new roof. They were one of 5 roofers that we had come out and gave estimates. green mountain won us over with their professionalism, price, and work ethic.

The roof is beautiful. I am so pleased. Green Mountain was great from start to finish. I needed a whole new roof due to wind and hail damage, and a bad leak on the enclosed porch. I also needed to have the damage assessed quickly in order to file the insurance claim on a policy that was about to expire. GMCI came out immediately to look at the roof and gave me an estimate the next day. Zach, the owner, arrived on time, was personable and professional, and explained the process to me. Other than my call to file the claim, GMCI handled all interactions with the insurance company. They even covered my deductible! Jolene, the GMCI insurance specialist, kept me up to date on the insurance process, when to expect the checks, etc. GMCI met the adjuster when he came to examine the roof to make sure he saw the same damage GMCI had seen in order to make an accurate evaluation. Almanzo, the scheduler, let me me know when to expect the roofing crew and approximately how long it would take to complete the job. The crew arrived on time, took care to cover bushes and yard, worked very hard in blistering heat, cleaned up at the end of each day, and notified me when they were leaving. Other than the noise of ripping off shingles and putting on the new roof they were relatively quiet. Very professional and polite. I highly recommend Green Contractors, Inc. to anyone who needs roofing work. As someone who started this process with a lot of trepidation, I couldnâ t be happier with the final results.
