Green Path built an ADU for our parents in our back yard. We had a great experience with Jeff ,Sarah and his whole crew. I was in the construction industry for my whole career and this company is top notch. They dealt with unique challenges in building in our back yard and were very creative in solving problems. They were very helpful right through from design and plans to the construction of our building. They made the process easy and finished on time and on budget. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I want to encourage anyone in or around the Salem area looking for an excellent general contractor and construction company to hire Green Path Construction for any work that needs to be done. I have rarely ever written Google reviews but was so happy with my experience with Green Path I had to share. I have decades of experience hiring contractors for jobs both big and small, and every time thought "never again!" after feeling as though everything promised at the start of the job never actually came to be. Not so with Green Path Construction. From the very first walk through until the completion of the job, Jeff, Sarah and the Green Path team were wonderful to deal with. They were professional, patient, communicative and honest with me along each step of the way. Their bid was not the least expensive bid I received, but I know now it was worth every penny. Feeling as though I could trust Green Path Construction with both me and my home's "well-being" is something I have never, ever experienced in the past - due to this, I plan to use them for anything I need done in the future. This construction company is different. I would give 10 stars if I could! Thank you, Green Path!!

We are currently remodeling our home, originally built in 1880, and encountered several significant structural challenges during the process. Greethpath Construction played a key role in helping us address one of the largest issues by assisting in sourcing high-quality timber through a local portable sawmill. They coordinated the milling of four 12x6x20-foot beams designed to span our future master suite, effectively resolving a major structural concern. After the beams were sanded and stained, Greethpath Construction returned to complete the installation. Throughout this phase, their team demonstrated a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for the quality of their work. We especially appreciate their communication, craftsmanship, and the integrity they brought to the project. It’s also meaningful to us to support a small, family-owned business that clearly takes pride in what they do.
