He said the price would be between $800 and $1000. I told him I was on a budget had other quotes but I would go with him because that was my budget. When he was through he gave me the bill for $1475. He was very threatening to me refused to take the amount he quoted said that was just an estimate but we had quite a talk he did not say it was just an estimate. He was very combative. I agreed to give him $1200 he did not want to take it and then he finally said OK I will take it just do not want any trouble. He would not go through he refused to do that he said only cash or check directly to him. Later that night he sent me a bill and said I still owed him the balance and the $1200 that I paid him was just partial payment. Can you help me?

Gabriel Orozco did an excellent work. He was pront , efficient and smart . My sprinkler system had very little pressure , and after many experimentation and testing , he discovered a very hidden and buried broken pipe and he fixed it . I was very happy with this company , and my hats off to Gabriel Orozco .

I would like to know in advance that there is a travel charge in addition to parts and labor.

Gabriel was courteous , professional and punctual , I addressed my issue to my sprinkler systems and he knew right-away what needed to be done . He started working on it as soon as I agreed on the quote. Gabriel walked me through and explained in detail but said he would also recommend for a latter date to complete the job since I asked him to do also some landscaping work , Gabriel thought it would make better sense to do it at a later date when he does my landscaping job Because it requires some digging up the landscaping to finish the sprinkler work . Gabriel promised he would not charge me extra for that when he returns. Gabriel seems straight forward and honest so I will await for he’s return to complete the job he was already paid for . We continually had to follow up with Gabriel on our project. He did not get back to us when he said he would, did not call, or did not show up. His time management skills are lacking. He is a hard worker when he arrives but when his work failed he refused to return and fix it at no cost to us. Service was very subpar and now we have to find and pay someone else to fix his errors.
