Scam! Paid for Xmas lights in advance and were never installed. Have been trying to get my money back for over a year. Kept telling me check is in the mail.

Thank goodness Home Advisor allows you to leave a half star. I hired this company and paid for the work in advance, to secure my spot and lock in the deal they were promoting at the time to install our holiday lights. Agreed upon date was a week of thanksgiving. They never showed up. I called through December and still, no one came to do our lights. I have been calling their number weekly since the beginning of the year trying to get my $525 back. No luck. The owner believes his name is Jim and should be completely ashamed of himself. I am in complete disbelief this is how a person conducts their business within their own community. Please look elsewhere for help.

Hired them to put up our Christmas lights. They are not up, and now they are not returning our phone calls, we have paid. I have contacted Venmo and the Attorney General to get my money back. DO NOT USE THEM OR PAY THEM A DIME.

I hired and paid them to put up my Christmas lights on November 2nd, and as of December 8th, they are still not up. I am very disappointed as they have not returned any of my phone calls. I understand they are a small, family-owned business, and I was patiently waiting for them to put up the lights on my house.

Never received service after full payment. UPDATE Mark contacted me to apologise for the delay in service. I am hopeful that they will complete the job. will update after the job is complete.

Hard to communicate. They said they would be back in three weeks to fertilize the lawn. They have not.

In August 2021, we pre-paid $225 for fall 2021 aeration and seeding, but they said the weather caused them to push the work back until spring 2022, and then they pushed it back again to the fall of 2022. (As of November 2022, they still had not done the work.) They also charged us $125 in May 2022 for a grub treatment that we didn't want, so I told them I wanted a refund. It took a few months for it to happen, but we finally got our refund. The owner did sound genuinely apologetic about all the issues.

Have used this company for several years. Per their Request if I would pay upfront they would do a grub control as a bonus. At the end of the first year, the grass looked terrible. ( of course, it was due to the weather that summer which was the excuse the provided, also never received the BONUS grub control) It was agreed that they would aerate and reseed, which they did. The following year same routine, pay in advance and receive free grub control. Plus I was told of all the various treatments I would receive (5or6) which never happen. Although I did not receive anywhere close to 5 or6 treatments, and no grub treatment. The small amount of grass that they maintained was satisfactory given the nature of my ( mix of bluegrass, rye, and Bermuda.) This year I finally gave up and decided this company was more trouble than they were working. One treatment. To make things worst, after being called about 5 to 6 times a year to sell me some other treatment, I made a BIG mistake. Ron asked if I would be interested in an insect treatment. 2 treatments for 100.00. Having a pond and pool and very little grass, I thought it might help in those areas. Guess what. One treatment is all I received. I paid 200.00 for the grass treatment,(which is normally 250.00 but since I had not received all the treatments the year before and expressed that I would not be returning as a customer in 2022, they offered this year 50.00s less. The crowning blow was when I got a charge on my Aug credit card statement for79.00 for nothing that I had authorized, nor could Frank tell me what service they provided. Frank later said they had some issues with their billing and could not explain the charge. I put the charge in dispute with the card company and they removed the charge. Therefore I have requested a 200.00 refund. 1st because I only got 1 treatment on my lawn and 1 insect treatment. Being out of pocket 300.00, I felt that I should at least pay for the 2 treatments I requested a 200.00 refund which I think is more than fair. Frank has promised me on 3 occasions that the owner what delivers a check to me. I told him he could just drop it in the mail. Guess what 3 weeks and still no check. Just ordered my Christmas lights so far the Frank and Mark have been very helpful.

I am sorry to get involved with a company that is understaffed. I do not think that is ok to ask for money when they are not doing the job. Now they are not showing my house. I am a victim of taking people's money without doing any type of job, I am a senior person and I feel like they took advantage of me

Great customer service took pride in their lawn care
