I hired to replace rotting post on my front porch. Great job and great communication. They came on the day promised and completed the work as discussed. A week later, some of the trim on post were detaching, showed up next day and fixed.

My husband and I are so happy with the cabinets that the GS Customs professionals built in our basement. It was a total team effort from choosing the cabinet color to picking the tile for the counter top. Juan and his team were very punctual, courteous, creative, and focused on the work at hand. The cost was reasonable and the project stayed on schedule. The finished product far exceeded our expectations. Building a wet bar in our basement had been a dream of mine for years and GS Customs made it a reality. I highly recommend them and will be contacting them in the near future for another home project.

Juan and his crew are very professional and respectful of your time, your belongings, and your home. He came out, provided an estimate and then on the agreed upon day at the agreed upon time, arrived and helped me move belongings out of the way. They then ensured everything was covered and proceeded to do a 5-Star job. Very friendly, very customer oriented. I will be hiring them again in the future for other projects.

Juan, Richard (Juan's partner), and Julio (painter) did an absolutely stellar job building and installing deck stairs to our existing deck. Juan was meticulous, patient, and dedicated to getting the job done perfectly. He and his team obtained the permit, build the deck stairs (with landing and fenced in under-deck area with gate), installed the required lighting, and painted the deck newly built structures to perfection. The only reason I was sad the project ended was because I no longer had a reason to interact with Juan (until next year)!!! I will not hesitate whatsoever to work with Juan and his team again. A true pleasure from start to finish. Keep up the awesome work, Juan!!!

Juan called me promptly after inquiring about the cost of a window project on line. He provided me with a detailed date and time for the project, and called to notify me after arriving it would be completed by the next day. I appreciate his efforts to keep me updated throughout the project and sent pictures to show the work was completed. The cost was very reasonable.

Hired GS Custom Builders after a friend recommended them. Great job, house looked so pretty every time I came home. They accommodated my obnoxious dogs, moved belongings around to be able to paint, and did a great job.

I would like to take this opportunity to say how amazing a job Juan Sanchez and his team from GS Custom Builders did to my bathroom and bedroom. From beginning to end, he and his team were outstanding and masterful in providing superb customer service and superior quality workmanship. From the very start of the project, Juan made it a point to notify me about what he was doing, when he planned to do it, provided me options on what could be done so that I had selections, and kept me informed of the status of materials (and the best prices!) along with a schedule to build that I could work with (he never hesitated to work around my schedule!). The work they completed was just amazing! As a customer, you expect to get quality out of the work you pay for and that is exactly what Juan and his team offer. Every day of work on this project, Juan and his team not arrived on time (which is almost unheard of in this business), they were efficient, attention to detail, and (most of all) left the site the way they got it - clean! They were courteous and respectful in every way, as they completed their work throughout the day and kept me informed of any issues that might impact the time or money affecting the project. Everything Juan did was explained in detail. He was always available by phone or text, and would even show up, at times, in person to get a better idea of a particular situation. GS Custom Builders did a fantastic job. It is obvious they take pride in their craftsmanship. They maintained a neat work area. I hired this company for anther small project at a rental house with a challenging tenant. Juan Sanchez handled the job and the tenant in a very professional and competent manner, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. In fact, I am looking forward to working with Mr. Sanchez in the future on other jobs. Update: I attempted to work with this company in December on a much larger project (re-building a screened porch). I met with Mr. Sanchez at the subject property and he promised to send me a written quote. After several requests, I never heard from him again. I ended up hiring someone else. I am disappointed as I had high hopes of finally finding a contractor who I could trust. Unfortunately I will probably not be contacting him again.

Completely dependable, honest, hard working, reasonable, flexible, great customer service and creative when overcoming unexpected obstacles. Richard, Juan and Team appeared a promised - every time. They cleaned up every day at the end of the day and they answered every question honestly and transparently. These are the cream of the crop when it comes to home remodeling - and we have had very good luck with previous contractors. We recommend this company to anyone who needs great work at a reasonable price!
