Frank answered by call directly and offered to come out at 8a the next day to accommodate another appointment I had. Showed up early and got right to work. While I had tried to replace the breaker because it continued to trip, he discovered that the arc was caused by a faulty sump pump on an exterior electrical outlet. It wasn't noted on the breaker in the electrical panel. Good old fashion detective work. They installed the breaker and was out the door in less than an hour. He and his colleague had great professional and personal demeanor. I always love working with someone stepping out to start their own venture. Frank is on my speed dial for any electrical issues I have in the future. Thank you!

Frank came out only hours after I reached out regarding some issues I had been having throughout my house. I had another electrician come out but they were not able to figure out what was wrong so I was really hoping this would be my last call. I did a big house remodel (including remodel the whole kitchen) that required to pass Montgomery County inspection. Frank (G&S Electric owner) had the work done professionally and timely. Frank worked with my general contractor, who I hired separately, well to get the whole job done nicely. The electric work include installing about 15 recess lights in the kitchen and dinning area. During the process, I had some modifications on the cabin configuration and ceiling range hood of the cooktop island. The changes require to relocate a couple recess lights. Frank relocated the lights without additional charge. The remodel project included replace the bedroom ceiling lights to LED and use dimmer switches. I ordered the lights and switches. They did not work well to each other so I reordered switches. Frank had no problem to change switches, two of the bedroom settled at the third dimmer switch, without additional charge. In the final inspection, the inspector identified a few issues related to new regulation requirements that required installing new breakers wiring and ground faults resistant plugs for dishwasher and garbage disposal. Frank promptly fixed the issues and scheduled for a re-inspection. There were only three work days between the two inspections.
